Network Performance Report Finds Canada a World-Leader in Mobile Coverage and Speed
October 1, 2019 – Canada’s wireless networks provide among the best rural coverage and connection speeds in the world, according to the latest report from analytics firm Opensignal. In terms of 4G coverage, their analysis found that Canadians experience 80.8% network availability in rural parts of the country. The report went on to state that rural Canadians have access to mobile download speeds superior to the typical 4G connection in 76 other countries.
