OTTAWA – August 2, 2017 – If you have an interest in mobile telecom, you are no doubt counting the days until September 12, opening day of GSMA Mobile World Congress Americas. CWTA is proud to be associated with this premier event as the official country partner for Canada.

While it is marking its debut in 2017, MWC Americas builds on the long-established successes of CTIA Super Mobility Week, as well as on the strong track record of GSMA, who is known for organizing global flagship events such as and the Mobile 360 Series and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

CWTA representatives, including President & CEO Robert Ghiz, will be present at the event, September 12 to 14, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. In addition to greeting the expected 30,000 delegates and 1,000 exhibitors from our booth, we will be hosting a networking reception on September 13 for Canadian industry leaders and influencers to mingle with their counterparts from the Americas and the world.
